● Four sector-specialist intelligence units
Your CRM holds the companies you already know. Somewhere outside it are the ones that should be buying from you — and your competitors are looking for them too.
Nexfield maps them. Verified companies, classified by priority, each with the specific reason it belongs on your list. Delivered as a ready-to-use Excel file within 24 hours.
Choose your unit.
02 Process
No tools to learn. No databases to filter. You describe your market — the engine does the rest.
Step 1 — 3 minutes
Pick your unit and scope, then describe what you sell and to whom. The more specific you are, the sharper your list.
Step 2 — Automated
A sector-specialist AI researches sub-sector by sub-sector, applies supply-chain logic, verifies every company and writes a specific relevance note per entry. Quality-checked before anything leaves.
Step 3 — Within 24h
A structured, ready-to-use prospect list: company, location, sub-sector, size, priority and the reason they're a probable buyer.
03 The deliverable
This is what lands in your inbox — verified companies, classified and prioritised, with a reason to call on every row.

04 Why Nexfield
No filters, no exports, no cleanup. You receive a finished, quality-checked deliverable — not a tool subscription.
Founded by a chemical engineer with commercial experience in the process industry. The supply-chain logic in every list reflects how industrial buying actually works.
Every company is assessed on one question: do they buy what you sell? Competitors and irrelevant lookalikes are filtered out by design.
Each entry includes a specific, verifiable relevance note — so your team knows exactly why to call, before they dial.
05 The maths
Three ways to find out who should be buying from you, compared on what they cost and how long they take.
Thirty to forty-five hours to map a single country properly. Two weeks your account manager spends researching instead of selling.
Monthly retainers typically start around €3,000 and run well beyond €10,000, usually on a three to six month minimum.
One order, one fixed price. No retainer, no contract, no minimum. Delivered as an Excel file you own.
Roughly 10× faster than your own team mapping the same market, with no monthly commitment at all.
The engine works through 56 industrial sub-sectors one by one, then reviews its own output against your description before anything is delivered. That review is what removes the companies that operate in your sector but never buy what you sell.
Agency figures are typical market rates for B2B lead generation retainers, not a quote. The time comparison is based on the hours needed to research and qualify one country by hand. What a list produces depends on your offering, your timing and how your team approaches the companies on it.
06 Questions
The things people ask before their first list.
Every order is delivered within 24 hours as a quality-checked Excel file, together with your invoice.
A database gives you filters and names. Our engine works through 56 industrial sub-sectors one by one and returns companies with a specific reason why each is a probable buyer for what you sell — the process or installation that consumes your product, not just a company size and a sector code.
Four dedicated intelligence units: Industrial & Manufacturing, Energy & Environmental Technology, Pharma & Life Sciences, and Food & Agriculture. Each unit covers 56 sub-sectors.
It depends on your market and how specific your offering is. A narrow niche in a small country returns fewer companies than a broad offering in a large one. We do not pad lists to reach a number — every entry has to earn its place, and a shorter list that fits exactly is worth more than a long one padded with companies that merely operate in your sector.
Any European country. Local covers one country, Regional two, and Regional Plus three. You choose which countries when you order.
Company name, country, region, city, sector, sub-sector, company size, a priority rating, and one sentence explaining why they are a probable buyer. Delivered as an Excel file with filters on every column, plus a summary tab.
No. We identify which companies to approach, not which individual to call. Tools like Apollo or Lusha are a natural next step once you know which companies matter — and they work far better when you already know who to look for.
Yes. Paste the company names from your previous list into the exclusions field when you order. The engine treats them as already covered and searches specifically for companies it has not returned to you before.
Every company is verified before it is included, and anything that cannot be confirmed is left out rather than listed with a warning. Company names, locations and ownership structures do change, so a quick check before your first approach is always sensible.
Local €1,525, Regional €2,750, Regional Plus €3,525 — all prices include 21% Dutch VAT. Businesses outside the Netherlands with a valid EU VAT number may be eligible for VAT reverse charge; contact us at info@nexfield.io to arrange this.
No. A digital list transfers its full value the moment it is delivered. If a substantial part of a list is demonstrably incorrect, we regenerate it once free of charge with sharpened parameters. Full details are in our terms and conditions.
Nexfield is built and run by a chemical engineer with years in technical sales to the process industry. That background is why the reasoning on every list is specific to how industrial buying actually works, rather than generic company data.
